The first slideshow that I found was http://www.nbcconnecticut.com/blogs/open-house/Pierre-Koenigs-Last-Masterpiece-For-Sale--131031068.html where it showed pictures of an artist's last home for sale. It was only eight slides but I thought it told the story really well because the pictures were incredable and it got me staring at them.
The second slideshow that I found was http://www.nbcconnecticut.com/entertainment/celebrity/Girlfight-Celebrity-Frenemies.html?ssAuto=true which showed where Will Smith stayed during the filming of Men in Black 3. I thought it told the story really well again because the pictures were amazing.
The third slideshow that I found was http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/flatpages/video/mrsa.html which talked about a women who got an infection during surgery. I found it to be really powerful because it showed her and her kids and how happy she was and how it has affected her life.
I think that slideshows and photo galleries function well as storytelling tools although they don't tell you the whole story they still give you a little insight into it. If you want to learn about something really quick I think there a great tool.
I find that the audio slideshow conveys alot more emotion compared to the other slides because I feel it makes you listen to what shes saying and her emotions. Sounds obviously makes a huge difference because it gives you something else to focus on but goes into more detail about the story.
